Anatomy of North Indian Summers

North India is blistering with heat with temperatures touching 46 degrees . The Meteorological Department says that there is no respite  from heat for the next few days also .

 Everyone is preferring to stay indoors with the Air Conditioners on for 24*7 . Resultantly , cities like Delhi etc are suffering from major power outages . The frequent power cuts and restricted water supply in such harsh weather have aggravated the problem . 

Due to the intense & unbearable heat , markets are wearing a deserted look . The traffic levels have come down drastically . The only people doing brisk business seem to be the lemonade , juice and ice-cream stalls . People are thronging these shops in desperate attempts to beat the heat  .

 Girls and guys clad in scarfs and gloves , having no alternative but to venture out can be easily spotted carrying umbrellas  . This heat is likely to continue till June 12 as reported by the news channels . 

Writer’s advice – It is preferable to stay inside in this lurching weather . Stepping outside ,  not to be done unless absolutely necessary .

Metro for my town too

Mumbai has got it's brand new Metro Train . Big cities like Bangalore,Delhi,Kolkata already have it . My city wants it too .

 Growing population has caused a shift from the private modes of conveyance to the public modes . We are tired of travelling by the cars , scooters and bikes . The most hated CTU buses don't arrive at time , are too crowdy and don't have good seating facilities. 


I went to Delhi and just to experience the much talked - about Metro , i went for a ride . It's speedy and air - conditioned - a perfect travel vehicle . No doubt the traffic levels have gone down manifolds in Delhi.


The Metro Chandigarh project talks are still in the pipeline . The Metro fever has caught up in smaller cities thanks to the success of the Delhi Metro . It might take around 5-10 more years to be installed here .


 Still , the residents are eager to be benefited by it's fruits . And the one waiting the most for it is me .

Opinions....Any?

People call me submissive,docile and naive.Well,even if they don't call me such ,then also i know for sure that all of it is the blatant truth.At times, i see my friends and people have discussions on the general affairs.I sit there blank feeling left out because i haven't decided the 'FOR' and 'AGAINST' of the motion.

WHY SO?

Well !!

Ummmm..

Do i have an answer?

No ! 

Hey wait ! Maybe yes . Maybe not.

Maybe i don't care whatsoever.

This is my attitude on such issues.That makes me less-informed.I loose a lot because of my inability to be an active part of such talks.Also,because of such mannerisms i find it very hard to form an opinion.Laziness and inertia help you attain such unacceptable behavior.When you are not mentally-emotionally involved in a discussion,you arrive at views through mature deliberation.We,being humans are fallible in judgments.So,we must try to form fresh and self opinions.

It's extremely dangerous to not have any opinion at all.This way,others can control your mind.Never let others take over your thinking.They may be entitled to their opinions,but you are the master of your domain.

Opinions help us grow closer to ourselves.We get to know who we really are-Good,bad or ugly?Shy and introvert people generally find it hard to express their opinions in front of people who they feel might disagree.While the assertive and extroverts display their opinions and at times deliberately force their thoughts on others.

In such situations too,you should try not to get influenced and stay true to your mind.Nobody should be able to tame you .So,even if your parents want you to vote for the conventional BJP or Congress this time again,research about the same and arrive at a conclusion.Go ahead and then make a decision.

Your opinions do matter after-all.

Good morning world :)

Hey folks . Ssp ? Long time ;)

When i get up in the morn or the afternoon :P , i am this messed up person who doesn't want to be talked to . And then when i am asked to reply to some talk or a discussion , i get irritated and don't respond at all . Felt familiar ? Yes , i know this , in all probability , has the potential of proving out to be true . 

We , as kind souls , in our purest frame of mind tend to think good about others . Feel like blessing them . Everybody around . We wish them well . Say 'God bless you' but can't say the same openly . I know it can become cheesy and not required . 

But definitely , there comes a point in time in your life when all you want to do is see the green trees ,count them and bless people .

Your inability to do so can make things worse for you . Let's figure this out together . I really don't know how much sense i am going to make but can't you tell yourselves to wish everyone you see a plain yet 'cheerful' <Good Morning> . 

It's not just a sweet gesture but also the easiest way you can give  blessings to someone . 

I had a very recent encounter with a crazy bunch of happy people saying 'GMs' loud and proper . Trust me the whole environment looked so positive .

I know i might not have the courage and guts to wish anybody that but yes if you do , then you must .

Now that it's 10:05 in the night . 'Gooood morniiiiinnng' 

The core concept of 'Face Reception'

Wow time spent at the WC . Food awesome , aura serene , music perfect . Yes i want to remember this every time i read it . It's not the first time i have been here , but those times were really long back . As far as i remember , the reasons of visit were quite different . Saw some strange people , really strange relationships, strained emotions at the place . I definitely can talk about this but won't be able to . Very recently my cousin-sister got married and another cousin is in line to be so . The girl - 'Sitalsar' is one of those few girls i think , who are going to make it large someday . A height unmatched , lips impeccable , eyes deep , face clear , complexion tanned and a smile i bet anybody could die for . Don't consider myself  a good judge of looks and appearances but if i could be somebody , i would want to be her . Haven't talked to her or probably never will , i just want you to stay that way forever .You have a face that won't scare anybody . Important mainly because i  see so many faces that scare me away . Not really because their faces are such but because they don't receive well . While saying this one does not refer to the ugliest faces one comes across but some of the prettiest faces that exist  . Let me make it simple -  'Ramola Sikand' of  'Kahin kisi Roz' can be considered to be one but did she ever give 'Mauli Ganguli' an easy time ? Never . Well we can't talk about them for they used to portray incidents which were scripted . Nevertheless i used to find you both brilliant . References are meant just to refer after-all . They don't have any coincidence with the real life incidents . Ok ! Enough now , if you still don't believe me , you at-least have to appreciate that even after so many years you guys haven't left the corners of my brain . Nutshell - the girl i was talking about had the personality of a 'Director' of a highly popular blockbuster film and a face so receptable that you can't sit still without gossiping about it . And in my case blogging about it . Blah !

Wasting your time forever and ever and ever

Out of the 'oh - so many' pics that grab my attention every now and then , i have very recently found out a very fresh pic of all times  with of course  a little message on it ;) 

Well well this could have been my d.p. or my cover or one of the pics of all the 'only me' albums i upload :P,but that's now my plan this time . Over the past few years , i have been trying to keep it low - profile . Courtesy  my sweet , inspiring , deep eyed , lovely , charming , intense etc etc Hritik of Agneepath , i love your character throughout . I have no idea why i wrote that but there  could be so many reasons . Maybe this or that or this or that or oh may be that or this or even that or ok that only . 



I know i have given you all the reasons not to read my blog ever again but please bare with me . I like the people who speak fast , write fast , think fast etc etc . Actually i like all the people who can do what i can't .Though  at times i can speak fast provided i have rattafied the lyrics of the songs i am singing . Yes ! I can't even speak fast .

And the results are out . Ouche !

    Yup the result is out . Many thanks to God i cleared all the subjects . In the night , as usual , i was ready to waste my time on Facebook  . As soon as i logged in ,  to my shock , i saw a status update by a friend stating the results were out . You see , when your college follows a PTU degree , you get used to all these shocks . The results were not supposed to be declared so soon . But , yes , they were announced the day before . Now you understand how  badly a site can bring  commotion to my life . As soon as i saw the status update , i was almost numb . I didn't definitely want to face a re-appear in the very last sem ( 7th actually ) .


     'Flat' - the most dreaded subject - it was . The exam went too bad and the only sign indicating that i won't face a supply was the fact that not just me , but almost everybody of my friends had messed it big time . However just this criteria was not enough to give me relief. I had screwed it up was the universal truth .I am glad the toughest papers are checked with the most leniency . Whosoever made  the previous statement true would surely have been the most liked person of all times . 


    Finally , my result declared a regular one . Got in a state of thankfulness . God , you couldn't have helped me more .  


    Fact time : The percentage was the highest i  could manage to touch in all the 7 semesters . If i draw my percentage performance graph of the  results , you can see a 'dip' dropping down to a 68 % and an 'up' rising up  to an 83.6 % . Now , i have got all the reasons in the world to brag about my scores . Hence the picture ;)
