I so want to watch StarWorld right now . Nothing good is being aired on the t.v. apparently . I have got tired of watching Ghajini time and again . Also i have no plans of seeing it one more time . When i click on the remote for switching to Star World , i hear the audio , but within a few seconds , get a message displayed on the screen that announces - 'YOU CAN"T ACCESS THE SERVICE' . First , i am paying extra to get the entertainment pack on my Tata Sky connection . All what i get is a message that states you can't access the service? This is annoying . The consumerism in India is going through a rapid decline . Why are we the ones who suffer ? Deeply unsatisfied , i call up the Tata helpline number , after pressing 1 for english , 2 for hindi and going through all the desired loops , i get connected to the operator on the line . I tell him the problem . He tells me that i need to upgrade my set top box to a better version . On being asked , why am i being charged for the channels which i am not able to avail the service of , i get a callous apology and an advice that i can withdraw the service for the extra channels . With every service upgrading itself , inflation is finding it's way out through all the routes to infect us . Let's see , now i'll have to upgrade my set top box again to a newer one now . Sigh .
