If you have been recently leading a fussy, aimless and unorganized life ,why not take a chance and do something out of the box.
How about planning things in a simple way?
“In preparing for battle I have always found that plans are useless, but planning is indispensable.”
-Dwight D. Eisenhower
People say that plans don't work out,but the truth is that sometimes they make you land up exactly where you are supposed to be.My friend says that there is nothing in life that can't be planned except death.
Well,I am not sure but personally I feel he has a point.Frankly,we can't plan everything in life but we can try our hand at it.
Of-course,there are no hard and fast rules for planning.
There are few simple steps that can get you started:-
1.Pick a small notepad or a paper.
2.Write down the things, you would want to accomplish,in points.
These points need not be long.Just 5-6 words per point would do the job.You may start writing the minutest activities like brushing hair on time.
Funny enough?
Well, most of you do that anyways. It is similar to brushing teeth and having water. Both essential for a healthy life.
So,why write it down?It is just the beginning and the logic is simple. We start small and turn better.
3.Tick the activities you have completed by end of the day.
4.Circle the ones that you did not complete.
5.Ponder over whether you can shift the unfinished activities over to the next day.If yes, then okay but if not, think what you could have done better.
6.Re-read the activities you finished during that day.It will make you feel good and pump you up with confidence to start the new day even better.
#Plan your to-do- list
Getting better at anything isn't something that happens overnight.
Instead, one has to build intelligence everyday through daily habits.
Tell yourself that you'll take one step at a time and that you'll be fine.
Keep it simple.Do this for a week/3 days/1 day.
Tell me how it feels.
I bet it feels great.
To a newly planned day ahead.
Good luck and love.
